Many congratulations to the nine Associates who have passed their Advanced Driving Test with CAM from July to November 2022. We are delighted that your hard work was rewarded and we hope you will enjoy your driving (and continue to support CAM!) for many years to come. Our thanks go to all our Observers who volunteer their time to coach our Associates to obtain their advanced driving test.
Your next challenge is to maintain (and build on) the skills you have achieved during your course. You can do this by taking up full membership of CAM, which brings with it the benefits of a free once a year check drive with a fully qualified Observer, as well as our newsletter RoadCAM with hints and tips on maintaining your driving skills.
Special congratulations to the over 50% of Associates who obtained a F1RST. They will now have their names added to IAM RoadSmart’s F1RST Register of advanced drivers who have reached this especially high standard.
You may also consider continuing your studies with IAM RoadSmart’s Masters qualification. This course offers the ultimate challenge for civilian drivers and is only available to current full IAM RoadSmart members. A Masters qualification lasts for five years before a re-qualification is required.
