Skill Check

As part of our courses we also run monthly Skill Check Sundays. These events give our Associates an opportunity to have a run out with an Observer other than the one they have been assigned to. They also provide a great meeting point so that Associates and Observers can discuss progress and share any tips.

The Skill Check Sundays are also open to anyone thinking of taking up the Advanced Driver course but would like experience first hand what it will be like, so why not come along and give it a go. You must hold a full driving license and be in possession of excise licence, insurance and MOT where applicable.  Contact us to ensure we have an Observer available for you.

For the North Leeds area we have a car park session on the third Sunday of each month at 10am.
This is run from the McDonalds car park, Easterly Road, Oakwood Leeds LS8 2RB

There is free tea or coffee served giving the opportunity to chat to observers and associates.

For the East Wakefield and Pontefract area we usually meet on the first Sunday in every month in the car park of Sigma Ltd, Alpine Court, WF10 4TL, which is just off the roundabout at the rear of Xscape at Glasshoughton.  the session starts at 09:30 with the last run leaving no later than 10:30.
