Partnership with Cornwall Air Ambulance
Brilliant turnout for our November club day on a wet Sunday morning. Aim of the morning was to collect clothing etc. for out new initiative in parntership with CAAT- Cornwall Air Ambualnce Trust.
Colin who set this up says- 'Dear Members CAM and Cornwall Air Ambulance are teaming up together to promote a PPE scheme.
Most of us I’m sure have some motorcycle kit lying about that we don’t need anymore, such as jackets, trousers, gloves, boots, only helmets that are brand new and in there the original packaging.
So why not make the most of it and donate it to Cornwall Air Ambulance where they will select store to sell it on.
The idea is to promote this towards the younger motorcyclist who may not have the funds to buy decent kit that will therefore give them the protection that they need'.
It supports CAAT too.
Members were very enthusiastic about this and it'll soon be off the ground.
