NECAM volunteers offer training for IAM recognised courses - Advanced Driver and the IAM Masters. Several monthly social events are also held for members, associates and friends.

The NECAM Annual FREE BBQ will once again be held at Herrington Country Park (opposite Penshaw Monument) on Saturday 02 July, for Members, Associates, Friends and families.

You may like to bring something to sit on and your own drinks but the BBQ food is supplied free by NECAM (donations towards funds greatly appreciated). Our qualified chef David McKenna will be the only person cooking/handling food. Please remember the rules for personal hygiene and social distancing.

Family & Friends welcome. Please advise if you would like to attend, as we would appreciate some idea of numbers for catering.

Note: Should there be any announcements from the Government regarding changes to the number of attendees at outings, then we will notify everyone of the changes or cancellation.
