Thank you and best wishes to Frank Rigby
Stalwart Observer Frank Rigby has decided to hang-up his clip-board and retire from observing. Frank joined the Group during the Summer of 2012 after serving Wigan Group as an Observer. At this time Wigan Group amalgamated with Bolton Group.
Frank passed the National Observer test in 2014 and subsequently re-passed the National Observer Test in August 2017. In September 2017 he did the Fellowship Advanced Driving Test and achieved a F1RST. Frank's success was mentioned in the 29th Nov 2017 edition of IAM Inform - click here.
In addition to observing, Frank joined the St. Helens Group Committee at the AGM in June 2014.
The Chairman and Committee would like to thank Frank for his service to the Group and wish him well for the future.
