Background in Driving
Robert is an IAM Advanced Driver (since 2002). And holds a National Observer qualification.
Before moving to Gloucestershire in November 2016, was also a ROADAR Advanced Driver and Tutor for Cornwall Advanced Motorists where he is a Life Member. For five years he worked for Devon and Cornwall Police as a Civilian Driver where he qualified to drive a variety of Police vehicles. He is now also a civilian driver for Gloucestershire police.

Outside Interests
When not volunteering with Gloucestershire IAM, Robert is an amateur artist, plays electric guitar, has a snooker break of 49 and is a volunteer with Tewkesbury Repair Café – specialising in furniture and general repairs.
