IAM RoadSmart Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Latest Announcement Monday 7th March 2022: General COVID-19 Guidelines

The safety and wellbeing of all remains our primary concern.

IAM RoadSmart is continuing to monitor and follow the UK Government guidelines with regards to COVID-19. We will adhere to the recommendations while offering our driving and riding activities across the UK.

From the 21st March 2022 the guidance in all areas of the UK regarding mandatory face coverings* will come to an end. Advice still remains that in confined spaces a face covering will provide an added layer of protection. Certain organisations including the DVSA are still recommending such protection.

The latest guidance is: The government is removing remaining domestic restrictions in England. There are still steps you can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19:

  • Get vaccinated
  • Let fresh air in if meeting indoors, or meet outside
  • Consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces
  • Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms, and stay at home if positive

If you have any questions or queries our Customer Care team is available between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Phone lines are likely to be busy and wait times may be longer. We thank you in advance for your patience and will answer your query as quickly as we can.
