IAM RoadSmart local groups are at the heart of what we do. Run by our network of dedicated volunteers, they host a number of independent events throughout the year that are open to non-members and members alike.

Hi everyone. One for your diary! And please spread the word to your biking friends!!

Northumbria Advanced Motorcyclists (NAM) are having an open day on Saturday 18th May at the Quorum Business Park in Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE12 8BU.

There will be plenty of NAM Observers on hand to give FREE taster rides to potential new members to get a feel for what advanced motorcycling skills are all about. Or just come along for a chat!

In addition the first 10 attendees that sign up for the IAM RoadSmart training with NAM will get a £25 refund once they have started their training. Our IAM Area Service Delivery Manager will be on hand to help sign up new recruits. Other exhibitors include Biker Down, Northumbria Blood Bikes, Great North Air Ambulance , Mental Health Motorbikes, IAM Cars, IAM RoadSmart and Helite Safety Vests.
