IAM RoadSmart onboards new Policy and Standards Director

The UK’s leading road safety charity, IAM RoadSmart, has today (14th August) welcomed a new Policy and Standards Director, Nick Lyes. 
 
Formerly known for his role at the RAC as the Head of Road Policy and Public Affairs Manager, Nick brings a wealth of experience to the road safety charity, including campaigning and lobbying the government to better protect road users.  
 
Nick joins IAM RoadSmart at a critical time and will be playing a key role in helping to accelerate awareness in the road safety space and will be campaigning to improve road safety, and in turn reducing the number of fatalities on our roads.

Neil will be staying with the charity in an advisory capacity for the foreseeable, prior to stepping down to enjoy retirement.”
